WCCUSD had at least 35 Title I elementary schools at that time. The middle and high schools were full of poorly educated students.
The Administration, School Board and teachers union drank Feldman’s kool-aide.
Teachers who refused to sprinkle report cards with A’s were persecuted by both on site administrators and staff who wanted to be the favored children.
The root problem is courage.
